Approximate size guidelinesAs our garments are handmade we do experience variation in sizing, so to ensure the best fit any information you can give us about the size of the person who the garment is for will be used by us to select the best individual fit we can. When ordering via the shopping basket there is an optional box to fill in this information.
S to fit UK size 8-10
M to fit UK size 12-14
L to fit UK size 16-18
M/L to fit chest 38-42" (97 to 107cms)
L/XL to fit chest 42-46" (107-117cms)
XL/XXL to fit chest 46-50" (117-127cms)
Postage and packingStandard
For standard delivery we will send most parcels with the Royal Mail, 3-5 working days.
For express delivery we will send most parcels with DPD Local to UK mainland addresses, delivery next working day. For Northern Ireland, islands and Scottish highlands & islands (see postcodes below) this will be two working days.
We do have delivery options for outside the UK, but if your country does not appear or does not offer a delivery price please ask for a quote.
Orders need to be placed before 2.30pm for delivery next working day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.
Express deliveries placed after 2.30pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Please note we define 'working days' to be Monday - Friday inclusive.

Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it, providing it is unworn and in the original condition as received by you. Include your contact details and reason for return. Return postage is at your own expense. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
We are afraid that we do not operate a free exchange policy so if you would prefer an item in a different style or size the most efficient way to do this is to place a new order for the item you would prefer and then send back the unwanted item for a refund.
If an item is faulty then get in touch as soon as possible; for items with defects we will cover all costs for replacement.
