The Pachamama website is an online catalogue, not a interactive website where you can order and pay online.

You can order by phone, fax or email but please note the most secure way to pay is to call or fax us with your credit or debit card details. You can also pay by bacs or cheque.

We believe in old fashioned personal service. The handmade nature of our products makes this particularly appropriate as size and shape may vary. Hand production of our extensive range is time consuming – we cannot guarantee to keep all items permanently in stock. So if you require any information about our products or your order please call our friendly office/warehouse team and we will be happy to advise and assist.

When ordering please quote the style, colour and section as some styles come in more than one section. We will advise you if an item is not in stock and when we expect it to be available.

One Size – this varies depending on the style and individual garment, mostly UK size 12-16, but please tell us your size and we can offer advice and try to find one suitable for you.

Express

£7.95 to most UK addresses, next working day (except highlands & islands)

Please ask for a quote for delivery to other destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return an item to us for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it, providing it is unworn and in the original condition as received by you. Include your contact details and reason for return. Return postage is at your own expense. Please ask for a proof of posting certificate from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for good lost in transit.
