We believe in old fashioned personal service. The handmade nature of our products makes this particularly appropriate as size and shape may vary. Hand production of our extensive range is time consuming – we cannot guarantee to keep all items permanently in stock. So if you require any information about our products or your order please call our friendly office/warehouse team and we will be happy to advise and assist.

When ordering please quote the style, colour and page number as some styles come in more than one section. We will advise you if an item is not in stock and when we expect it to be available.

Approximate size guidelines:

Nepalese womenswear: S to fit UK size 8-10 /M to fit UK size 12-14 /L to fit UK size 16-18

Nepalese menswear: M/L to fit chest 38-42” (97 to 107cms). L/XL to fit chest 42-46”(107-117cms)

Ecuadorian handknits: One Size – this varies depending on the style and individual garment, mostly UK size 12-16, but please tell us your size and we can offer advice and try to find one suitable for you.

s/m to fit UK size 10-12. m/l to fit UK size 14-16. S to fit UK size 8-10. M to fit size 12-14. L to fit size 16-18

Postage and packing:

Standard – £4.95 to most UK addresses, 2-3 working days. Express – £7.95 to most UK addresses, next working day (except highlands & islands). Please ask for a quote for delivery to other destinations.
